Winn-Dixie is part of the SEG group in the USA. With over 550 stores, it caters for a budget-led customer and plays a key role in the communities it supports. Local marketing for individual stores is as important, if not more so, than national campaigns in terms of connecting and engaging with customers and their communities.

Having just undergone a brand refresh, tbk was briefed to translate Winn-Dixie’s brand values, style and tone of voice into a communication programme for local marketing. From new store launches to store refreshes and events to department POS, we created a comprehensive marketing toolkit which enables SEG to communicate with their customer base at an individual store level.
